Anti-poaching training is being conducted for Tanzanian park and game reserve rangers by members of the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA). Members of the U.S. Army’s 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion of the North Carolina National Guard have been conducting the training from July to September 2016 at the Rungwa Game Reserve in Tanzania.
