Former U.S. Navy SEAL Erik Prince has made known his three-point plan for destroying the Islamic State. Prince was the controversial founder of Blackwater (a private military corporation) that participated in many large DoD and State Department contracts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Princes’s plan includes 1) re-capture the territory that ISIS owns, 2) enlarge the ‘kill or capture’ program (he likens this to the Vietnam Era “Phoenix Program”), and take away ISIS use of the Internet.
