The Beef and Beer Benefit conducted by the Duskin & Stephens Foundation will take place on Thursday, May 24th in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The event will raise funds for Special Operations soldiers and their families. The Duskin & Stephens Foundation is run by active and former members of the military in the North Carolina area.
The foundation takes its name from two members of the 3rd Special Forces Group that died in Afghanistan. Warrant Officer Two Michael Duskin died on October 23, 2012 of wounds received from small arms fire in Wardak province. Sergeant First Class Riley Stephens died on September 28, 2012 of wounds received from small arms fire in Wardak province.
